Founded in 1994, Churchill Specialist Contracting has grown from its humble beginnings in the Steeplejack industry to a multi skilled organisation offering a wide range of additional professional services including structural maintenance, industrial leak sealing, lightning protection and specialist earthing.

LRQA accreditation is held for ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, together with an extensive SSIP portfolio including Construction Line Gold and the latest Common Assessment Standard. Policies forming part of our LRQA accredited management systems can be made available on request.

Our workforce is directly employed and long serving. Our ongoing commitment to the safety training and culture of all our Skilled Workers, Supervisors, Managers and Directors includes SSSTS, SMSTS, NVQ 6&7, NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications.

Huge investment year on year in training ensures health, safety, trade and technical qualifications are current and well represented throughout the workforce and the management team.

Further investment in the Hilti On Track electronic platform for all plant maintenance, certification and calibration together with the whole of our workforce’s qualification certificates, means that any documentation needed on site at any time can be displayed on any smart phone.

Our commitment to industry is demonstrated by continuous membership of our trade association ATLAS, and our training group SLPTG, throughout Churchill’s lifetime. Representation on both Councils has seen us heavily involved in many industry initiatives including technical guidance documents and training requirements.
